BOV Asset Management Limited is the asset management arm of Bank of Valletta plc. The Company was set up in 1995 and was the first company in Malta to be licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide investment management to collective investment schemes.  In 2017, the Company was granted an extension to its licence to provide portfolio management services to institutional investors and retirement pension schemes.

BOV Asset Management Limited currently manages circa €1 billion in assets under management. Apart from investment management, the Company also provides for the compliance monitoring and risk management functions, supported by an internal investment committee and a risk and regulatory committee, to oversee the portfolios from an investment management and a regulatory perspective.

The Company offers be-spoke investment solutions to institutional clients with whom we device specific investment mandates, exclusively tailored to the client’s requirements.
