BOV Asset Management Limited has been licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to operate as a ‘Maltese Management Company’ pursuant to the Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities Regulations (‘UCITS’).

In 2017, BOV Asset Management Limited has extended its licence to provide portfolio management services for institutional clients. This has allowed us to extend our long standing experience and expertise in fund management to those entities which necessitate a tailor made investment management service.
