VFS marks its 10th Anniversary

Valletta Fund Services Limited (VFS) this year is commemorating its 10th anniversary. VFS was incorporated in October 2006 as a limited liability company to take over the fund administration services from Valletta Fund Management Limited, (incorporated in June 1995). 

VFS, a fully owned subsidiary of Bank of Valletta plc, operates as a fund administrator in Malta. The company is a recognised fund administrator by the MFSA and licensed to provide corporate services under the Company Services Providers Act, 2013.

The services provided to fund managers and fund promoters cover a comprehensive range of fund administration services mainly including Fund Accounting and Fund Valuations, Shareholder Registry Services. Other services include Turnkey Fund Formation, Company Secretarial Services, Provision of Registered Office, Portfolio Risk Reporting, Compliance Reporting, Prevention of Money Laundering Reporting, MLRO services, the production of Fund Fact Sheets & KIIDs, regulatory reporting in relation to FATCA, AIFMD, CRS and CBM returns.
